From their ICA:
"Traveling Signatures pays on a month-to-month basis. Traveling Signatures generates checks on the 20th of the month for the previous month's work. You must provide a social security or an EIN number and valid copy of your notary and/or attorney license prior to your payment. If you receive earnings over $600 in a calendar year, you will receive a 1099 for that year in accordance to the IRS.
Checks are mailed via USPS on the 20th of the month. It is Traveling Signatures policy to wait 21 days from the date mailed before re-issuing a lost check. Traveling Signatures utilizes this waiting period to allow sufficient delivery time and time for us to verify the check was not cashed via our financial institution."
IMO, if you want payment from them within ~30 days, only accept work from them from the 20th to the end of the month so you can expect your check shortly after the 20th of the following month.
