The new problem has been SnapDocs & the mass email/text messages. I have ignored most of those.
Recently, a couple of my best clients went with them. I have one situation where a LO that requests me was told I wasn't available. The tc uses a ss & then the ss uses SnapDocs. It's a total PIA. I didn't work with this particular ss, and then was forced to work this assignment through their system. I don't like all the extra hoops to jump through & it was a lot of extra stress here at RM.
Thanks for posting your comments. I agree, ss are a total PIA. The good ones that were around fell by the wayside when business became scarce. Most of the ones that remain at low-ballers.
