It was a Trust signing for a property in Ohio.
I just can't understand why Florida would request payment of (1365.00) from the Borrowers
to refinance their home in Ohio while their here on Vacation nothing was being recorded in
Florida.
Even the Lender was baffled, He stated that this was a first for him as well and that their legal team was looking into it.
