When I didn't get paid by the Notary Spot for my 1/27/17 signing, I copied Michael Tomlinson on an email to 123 Lump Sum. Yazmin (at 123 Lump Sum) replied,
"We no longer even use The Notary Spot here because of all the mishap with them not paying notaries. So I am so sorry that I cannot help you with this matter. Like you said, it’s a pattern. All I can say is to keep trying to reach out to them…So sorry I couldn’t help..Yazmin"
Below is Michael Tomlinson's reply to 123 Lump Sum (regarding why he is not paying his notaries).....
"Dear Yazmin, The below email would be appropriate if you didn’t have unpaid and outstanding invoices with our company that have not been paid. The specific order in question has not been paid to our company. There was about $30K owed to our company and after repeated attempts at getting paid on the orders, there was about $20K paid over the course of a couple months. There is still $7,265.00 outstanding including this order. Feel free to bring your account current so I can pay Julie. I’ll attach a spreadsheet with the outstanding unpaid orders. I have prior sent the individual invoices for all unpaid per your requests. Sent when the job was completed and again, for the stale orders, in August, November, January…Thank you,
