surprising that notaries have not been paid for work performed. TheNotarySpot appears to be under capitalized if they are unable to pay notaries until they have received payment from their client.
Sounds like TheNotarySpot should have instituted a better method of accounting and limited their exposure with 123 Lump Sum before it got to this point. |
