That is EXACTLY the problem that SD creates. There is always someone who will accept the lowball fees....so no need for them to negotiate. In effect, THAT is how SnapDocs has screwed us....inadvertently, as a byproduct of their platform. But it is not just SD. It is any platform that uses mass email/text blast or combination thereof to assign jobs.
