I am thinking, just like anything else, the survey company files it, and then just emails copies out as true, accurate and recordable. It was on legal size paper. No more actual originals mailed out, all filed electronically where ever that may be.
I couldn't find out anything on that link. I know they quit sending car titles out years ago, and if you wanted one, you had to request and pay through the DMV. Dealerships just look it up and all there for free to transfer title. I am thinking it must be similar, but no idea of that data base. |
