On what basis did you conclude they're organized as a non-profit? Because they're using a ".org" for their website? I did some research on them many years ago and came to a different conclusion. As I recall, they HAVE established a charitable foundation that falls under the auspices of the larger organization, but I ended up concluding that their primary business is a profit-making enterprise, possibly privately held. [I'm just going from memory here, so don't take this as gospel.]
