I wasn't an HP lover either but last year I was able to purchase one for The Printer Pros in Torrance CA and it was a nightmare to deal with it. I returned that unit and then I found another one and right now I have 4 HP 4350 with duplexer. I won't be buying another printer for the rest of my life. One of my used printers have 150K original printed pages. These machines can print close to 2 million pages or just keep on doing the maintenance kits every 1/4 million of pages and you will never need to change printers. I still have all my MFC from Brother and another HL-5240, 5250, HL 5450, etc. oh by the way if you have a MFC8710 or MFC 8810 you can change install the drivers for the HL-5450dn and run the MFC8710 with the HL-5450dn drivers so your MFC can choose letter and legal size paper. In my opinion you won't find a better HP printer than why these guys sales here https://www.printertechs.com/shop/printers/
