I wish I could tell you, but it's been quite a few years and I don't remember. I'm pretty sure it was on eBay, though. I've found lots of options there in the past and my top priority has always been a reliable supplier. I would pay a few dollars more to make sure that was the case. I always look for the supplier ratings ('customer satisfaction"?) and have only purchased from places that can demonstrate that they've served lots of clients (1000+, usually, I think) and are rated close to 100%. I read everything I can find about them and look for suppliers as close to me as possible. That can impact the shipping costs, if any, but it also might mean I can drive to their office if any problems.
