I still don't get what some notaries are talking about what someone "offers." Immaterial. Experienced notaries quote THEIR price.....and don't whimper about some "offer." Get off of the "offer" kick.
Got an "offer" last week for $80. We settled on $125. Wake up out there people. You don't care about an "offer." If they don't move off of it, you don't need it. Simple.

Work with Joey about once or twice a year. Always pays MY price and pays on time. Never a problem. Oh, and yes, he's always in a hurry, it's seems to be just his way.
