| I do same as Doris CO...plus I also have my own form that gets signed by Bs--who also get a copy of this (cribbed from PAW, I think, many years ago) wherein, among other things, they sign that they have received a copy of the docs AND 'the correct #' of RTCs. The reason I do this is many, many years ago, about 4 months after a signing, I got a call from hiring party asking if I could 'prove' I'd given the Bs copies of the RTC because these people were attempting to rescind the loan by stating they'd not received their copies of the RTC. Hiring party was thrilled when I scanned 'my form' to them. Don't know ultimate outcome, but I was really happy that I had signed proof. It's a jungle out there some days. |
