How does this apply to notaries?

This probably should be in JP, although I believe lots of notaries decided to apply as census takers prior to the 2010 census. That was also during a slowdown in our industry, as you may recall. That would be relevant here, naturally, but further discussion on whether or not that issue should be added back into the info collected could easily get off track... Wink
