....not so much on setting the travel charge to fed rate auto rate ...that would hurt our income badly in CA.. where it's not so much the miles as it is the darn travel time to get there.... ask any California about our miserable traffic problems.. also absolutely no fan of the part that you don't have to reside in the State to be a Notary there... that is a bad idea.
