...Isn't that what your membership every year is supposed to do? Now almost 80%+ of SS's and title companies are asking you to have their BGC and be certified to work for them. Isn't that supposed to be bringing in money?
Obvious they are flooding the market, taking money and not producing what is promised to new NSA's. Face it...if you have less than 1000 closings, you are not working much in this business from dependable companies. Too many of us with experience are not busy and those companies for sure use the tried and true with experience than those without. They created a huge problem for themselves and now asking us "to pay" to solve their problem, It's a joke!
XYZ can ask all they want, but they cannot give experience to newbies and our business is over saturated by the likes of XYZ pooping out newbies every single day.
Didn't they suggest we do Uber, deliver groceries, work at voting booths, be a census taker as well to supplement our income? They are grasping at straws for more money in attempts to act like they are advocating business for us, and whatever NSA decides to pay again for this information to make money is an idiot. jmo |
