| I don't see how in any circumstance for e-signings, not matter how much "easier" this platform MAY be (compared to Amtrust/ Flagstar), that it would be worth taking a $65 pay decrease. Our costs have not gone down, at least mine have not. While I understand what you are saying, and contemplating, this is how our fees go down. People justify it in many ways and no longer is the e-signing fee offered at a 2018 reasonable rate. $85 is just not no matter how many ways I look at it. In SoCAl my travel fee alone for GNW is $50. Occasionally $40 if I am feeling generous. |
