use a translator for both the documents and the notary portion (we can do this in FL); then see if a family member not named in the documents is acceptable and, if so, is one available to be there in person to translate.

Another .02 - ditch the primer - if it's the one I'm thinking of you won't find the right answer there - always depend on your SOS, your state website and your laws.
