Funny when you are working direct they don't really care about E/O$ background check or much of the other BS... I work with a number of attorneys and they care even less.. I think the platforms will be for the newbies getting their feet wet and their decline will be in the next few years. Especially as they cut corners and cause few transactions to go upside down.
