| After redoing the certificate no less than 3 times they finally accepted it. They (the lender, according to the signing service that hired me) said I was not allowed to make changes to the notary acknowledgment (disagree with that one) but I was allowed to write the title ("Closing Cost Rider") at the top center of the page. So it will be clear that this acknowledgment was for the Closing Cost Rider and nothing else. That was something, at least. |
