Sorry too quick.
In a VA package I got two applications one for each even though this couple is married. I had them sign but, not the top line since each has their own which they are having me return to get signed on that top line. I was told it is required on VA loan.
I had the veteran sign the VA Report and certification of loan disbursement in the box that asks for it. And had his spouse sign box next to it. This they also rejected.
I have not heard of this before. I just learned of this and will see them tonight to get it corrected. |
