Fellow notary called me and suggested printing the status report to see what else may be happening. Both the fuser and laser are at 0%. Everything else seems fine.
Called several repair shops. Seems no one, at least those I called, work on printers anymore. They say it's cheaper to get another printer.
So, now I'm pricing the Brother DCP L5500DN plus the 2nd tray. So far, it's a toss up between Amazon and eBay.
Printer's still working and printing just fine. Not rushing into new purchase quite yet. Luckily, I have 2 printers.
