by a major lender, 5-* by the way, is not who the lender is, but the change that was brought about by nonpayment issues to notaries. Lenders already have their feet to the fire, not title/settlement agencies. And,
finally we have a way to get to the heart of the matter. Contact the lender. It's their reputations at stake and the CFPB can levy huge fines and penalties.
I'm happy. Even if I didn't know who the lender is in this event, it wouldn't matter. We're getting to Baldoni's pocketbook, and his lifestyle, and it think that is where it hurts.
Notaries are taking control. I'm very excited about it. I wondered how long MD could continue thieving our notary pals, most of them unaware they were working for free for deadbeats.
I wonder how many heads will roll at MD, since this revenue will impact the number of heads they have on their payroll.
In any event, if they have any accounts left, and notaries aren't getting paid, they now know how to bring about change.
I'm smiling...yay...you did it, notary pals. After all these years of being scammed, you all finally figured a way to end this madness. MD has been around since the housing market failure, taking advantage of notaries for over a decade. I hope this movement gains momentum.
For those of you who insist on knowing who the lender is, Peggy and I don't wish to create a tsunami of calls to that valuable resource. Notaries will begin to see more orders from reputable SS companies that the lender is giving their business to immediately. This lender stands heads of over most other brick and mortar banks, and they are national. They have great rates and don't struggle in processing and underwriting times.
As far as divulging who the lender is, Cari and Christine, if you all fostered better relationships here, you might be included in the "know", but you're both so inflammatory, you're not. So let it be. It's better left the way it is.
