It definitely is an indicator that the vendor is organized, pays timely, and is adequately capitalized.

I just read somewhere that one SS could no longer pay by echeck because notaries were printing multiple copies of the echeck and depositing them, overdrawing the SS's checking account. Is this possible, fraud by notaries? Inquiring minds want to know...if a SS owner is reading this post who uses echeck payment method could report in, love to hear how this can happen.
