Yep -- love those echecks.

You know ... I've wondered if that's possible -- depositing more than one copy. That echeck does have a check number so I would imagine it would have to be deposited at a different bank. But even at that, I would think there's some safeguard built in. Dunno.

Fraud by notaries??? Unfortunately, it's been known to happen. ;(
