I believe that if the lenders want it, the title companies will have to find someone to execute and train for their system. That being said, I would work a deal that you will be their #1 closer if they pay for the i-Pad, signature pad, and your personal seal and they keep it at their office. (their large lender will probably provide this to them) A tablet connected on a large screen and then a signature pad (like you sign a UPS delivery) attached. l You will show up, trained for their system prior, do the closing, and then give it back to them...sign it in and sign it out. The same system can be used for various NSA's because you each have an individual code and authorization. You will log in with your own credentials and start your closing. If there is something to print, they will have it in their office to wet sign, and then they will print the buyers package if they so chose on the spot. This could be a great opportunity to work more and drive less if you get in with the right title company who handles large lenders.
