Requirements to be commissioned as an electronic notary:

$25,000 bond AND $1M (yes, one million) E&O

Electronic journal must be retained for 10 years. Am assuming that also covers the retention of the video that's required.

Can charge no more than $25 per online notarization.

Think I'll pass.
