| Not naming names, but after several ever-increasing fee texts from one TC who would not meet my fee, I get a call from an SS, who does meet my fee and doesn't require the 'add'l work' that the TC wanted. End result: I'm getting paid better for less work and TC is paying SS on top of my fee and not getting their 'add'l work'. Crazy. And, yes, it DOES happen a lot more than you'd think it should. Somebody too busy playing the auction text game and not paying attention. |
