I wouldn't take a 200+ page Loan Depot loan package for $100, unless they overnighted the printed documents to me.

Too much paper + toner + gas + wear and tear on vehicle + my time = $175, more if distance involved

Then we might do biz together. Otherwise, it's a No-Go.
