First, CopperheadVA has well established credibility on this forum after being a member here for more than a decade, so her comments are going to carry a lot more weight than a half dozen posts by people who have never posted here before - including you. It's blatantly obvious that the others were asked to post positive comments about your company here, which is not appreciated, as you've seen.
Second, nearly everyone on this forum knows that we're in a business where attention to detail, consistency and accuracy are essential. If a notary doesn't get a date wrong or miss a signature or miss a stamp 'only' most of the time, that's not going to cut it. If that happens with any regularity, a signing service would simply not hire that person anymore.
It works the other way around, as well. A signing service might make a mistake once in a while with a payment, but anyone worth working for doesn't just send payment - and on time - 'only' most of the time. And there's absolutely no excuse for us having to chase payment. There's no amount of posts here from those whom you HAVE paid timely that will make up for anyone having to contact your title company to get the payment(s) they're due. Lots of companies manage to pay as agreed without exception. That's the way any decent company does business in any industry - and that's what we have a right to expect from those who hire our services, as well.
Frankly, the more you've tried to defend yourself here, the worse you look. Do you want a good reputation so that you can find people to accept assignments you're offering? Then meet your commitments 100% of the time (and at a fair fee), and you won't ever have to come here to defend yourself - and you'll have no problem finding good notaries who are happy to hear from you...
