From what I've read, it isn't the email of the buyer, seller, or borrower that's being hacked. It's the email of some real estate professional like a title company employee that's being hacked.
Maybe they should have random inspections of title company employee's passwords. The inspectors would bring a large cardboard box. Anyone who's password is "passw0rD" will use the box to clean out their desk. |
