I know what kind of a Loan Signing Agent you are, you're the best, and you're professional. You're rural which helps immensely. I know that a lot of SAs in my neighborhood are gobbling up $75 and $85 assignments with TSI, but there is a secret sauce for getting better fees than this from all ss's out there. The more competition we have the harder it is to get the higher fees.
