Please explain what sounds questionable, it is simple she obliviously does not like to follow rules, guidelines, etc., if the companies policy that this contact has to be sign in most cases it is being required from the customer that hires the SS, it would seem as if she should go into retirement from this work or go be a greeter at her local Wal-Mart.
