| I do VA loans all the time and have never seen a separate application for each person, however, I would have handled it just as you did. As far as the VA document (VA 26-1820), I recently took mandatory training by Title Source, and this particular form was addressed. It made it quite clear that the vet signed by the big black X at the bottom of the second page and the spouse signs next to it. Hope this helps. |
