that I drove 1 1/2 hours to Oceanside to. Wife's name spelled wrong. Lender redraw this morning. Lender is paying my fee for travel and the no-sign last night. Picked up the new docs at escrow this morning. Going to sign them here locally on Monday.
What I don't get....the people told the lender within 3 days of the loan opening that the wife's name needed to be corrected...in writing in an e-mail. Escrow sent lender an amendment last Monday for correct vesting. Buyers also e-mailed lender after they saw and signed CD a few days ago to PLEASE correct wife's name on vesting. Did not get done. So much for TRID and getting things worked out before everyone gets to the table.
