over this city is ridiculous. The rental market has jumped with landlords raising rents; most likely due to accommodate the ridiculously high taxes owners are faced with, because of Rauner and Madigan inability to come up and agree with a decent state budget. Its all political down here. Its sickening. Those folks, that work hard, can't even MOVE out of those areas because of the high rents. Illinois has had the highest exodus w/in the last few years!
