high crime rate in Chicago imo, is due to the feds making the city disband the handgun laws so those in the parts of the city where poverty is high, no work is readily available, schools are closing, make it easier for those with no hope purchase and sell guns to the gangs who run the West & South side. Good people living in those areas are stranded in their homes, can't let their kids go out and play, because of these thugs who are killing innocent children.
job opportunities are mainly for those with higher education and experience. |
