| This sounds a little weird. I do 'application signings' once in a while, but it usually involves printing and picking up B-provided documents and making sure docs are signed properly/no notarizations and them ship it back. If you accepted this job, then do it completely. It's my guess--on the application pkgs. I've done--that they use a notary to assure it's signed correctly and there is prompt package turnaround rather than depend upon a B to get it done right & returned in a timely manner. I suppose dropping off & picking up accomplishes timely return and so they are paying 'courier fee only'. |
