.... that is exactly what I've done in the past. The LENDER is the Payor - to all of us! However, Title has muscled its way into a third party position by acting as the Disbursing Agent of Lender funds....which were part of those old old regs on banks to avoid private, quick, loans to Bank's favored customers... that also got them in trouble decades ago.
Good work! I always add the Esc# and Lender loan# right in my Notary Journal.... i may misplace the invoice - but never the propt address, lender, title involved with BO's. |
