I accepted a last minute assignment from them on a Friday night, went to the appointed Title Company, waited 30 minutes, and then returned home, leaving a note under their (locked) door. I was unable to reach anyone from Point Pacific. The Title Co. called the next day denying any knowledge of the signing. Point Pacific apologized, saying that it was an error. I invoiced them for my time - no response...
