If my understanding is correct, ANY real estate transaction in GA must be facilitated/undertaken by an attorney. See: http://retipster.com/real-estate-closing-agents/ Again, we refer you the GA State Bar Association for verification of this.
As MW/VA, I stay away from debt resolutions - for the most part, scams. Structured settlements are okay usually (in GA, unless real estate is involved). I believe this forum gave you some suggestions last week ......
