7-6, I think you will find many of your questions answered. GA is an attorney-only state for loan signings, so you can't do that kind of notary work there. I'm not sure about structured settlements. Most of us stay away from "debt resolutions" because many are scams. You can market yourself to hospitals, nursing homes, etc. for GNW too.
Always be sure to know your notary laws completely & understand your role as a Notary. Good luck! ;-)
