I appreciate your honesty...you are still very new and young for what most are looking for...usually with 500+ closings under your belt. I would take all you can from reputable companies. It only takes 1 "no I can't, sorry" and they never call back...Our list of good paying and on time paying companies dwindles monthly...you really have to take everything you can and adjust your homelife around it, and kick yourself when you can't. Demographics play a huge role between you and your MIL...some have never reach 40 closings in a year so you are off to a decent start. It's really hard getting that foot hold. Good luck, just try and really be available 1000%. When you go out of your way and they need you desperately...it leave a good impression. |
