Double-sided printing is totally unacceptable and also burns out your printer. Nowhere does it ever say we cannot provide the copy package as letter-sized or need the approval to do so. Maybe we work for different companies. For one, is saves us toner and paper expense, and secondly, the borrower appreciates not having a legal-sized package to store. Making mistakes on critical documents can be averted if you pay attention to what they are doing and where they are signing and dating. 15 years today since I started this and not once an issue with buyer's copies being letter-sized. Maybe try it and save yourself a ton of money in the long run.
