I need to eat a little crow here as I mis typed the name which is EMS INC, not ens and the 55 day signing was not this company and I did get paid on the other one finally but it was one of the other companies named as slow paying. I am however having the issues with this company on not responding and it has been over the 30 days and no replies to anything so I will keep you posted to be fair if they pay within a reasonable amount of time.
I apologize for the error. I have been having problems lately with a lot of slow pays and I am so tired of having to follow up and track down my payments on signings. This should NEVER be the case as I am sure they do not have to track down escrow to collect the payments and our checks should go out the very same day they receive their payment from escrow. I do not think it is fair of any company to float on our money. |
