Translation: If you're brand new to this business, you may not know that "attorney only" means that to conduct a signing in that state, you literally must be an attorney. Notaries are prohibited from doing loan signings.
If you work for an attorney, there might be some provision to do signings under their supervision, but I'd check on that very carefully (unless you're an attorney yourself, of course). Otherwise, it doesn't make sense to invest that much time and money and then put yourself at risk of breaking the law...
