You'll have to do some reading and research … maybe something you should've done prior to becoming a notary? Smile That link gives you another link to order your state's notary handbook. I'd strongly suggest you get that, if you haven't already.

As an FYI and as Lee/AR stated, for real estate signings, GA is an attorney-only state.
