what a "non-profit" is. We always assume it's a charity. There are several large businesses I know of, including the major hospitals in my area, that have non-profit status. There's loopholes in the non-profit law, and large cos. find them.
XYZ has set up a "foundation" which is another way to avoid taxes.
I don't support XYZ, and have never been an advocate for them.
