| It really takes a strong charismatic person to do what we do. I had a friend try it, and quit after her first closing. You cannot be intimidated, must be strong but gentle, tons and tons of patience, and be so flexible. We really have to love and know this job inside and out to be that one that makes a living at this. Some of us go days without a closing, and then you also go out 11:00 PM as well EOM after 5 closings to get it done for a great account. Even though we are "independent" we are very much a "team player" and all work in unison to get the closing signed. When you master all of that, in my opinion, sets you above the rest, and these companies also respect and pay you accordingly. |
