She fails to act professionally by monitoring the timing of docs on the orders that she assigns. Docs are regularly late (For example, docs sent at 5:45pm during Fri rush hour traffic for a closing taking place at 7pm). Next, if you don't drop everything to get there ASAP following receipt of the last min docs, then she blames the notary for overbooking. She character assassinates notaries if they cannot accomodate late docs. |
