| Eric has not responded to my emails and phone calls about non-payment. I did a signing for him April 6, 2011; then docs had to be re-drawn on April 22. Its been almost 2 months from the first signing appointment. I've trying to contact him for the last 3 weeks. I've finally sent an email informing him I will contact everyone who was involved with the loan: the borrowers, escrow company, title, the lender, and broker. I intend to contact the companies listed on his website testifying to his service. Which isn't really isn't his service - we do all the work and make him look good. On the HUD he was making $200 and paying me $100. The least he can do is pay me for my exceptional service. I had to go above and beyond for this loan. He wasn't very helpful and told me I needed to speak with escrow and the LO to find out what was going on with the 2nd signing - come to find out the borrower wasn't even in the state. |
